DESCRIPTION:The Blackheath Society is organising this totally FREE event again on Sunday 13th October 2024.  We feel strongly that the Heath is for everyone to enjoy and would like to encourage families and local communities to join in the fun. \n\nWe would be very grateful if you would let your members and friends know through your newsletter or emails and so I am attaching a jpg and pdf of the leaflet\, a couple of photos and also the text below: \n\n\nBlackheath Kite Day \nSunday 13th October 2024 \n12:00 – 3:00pm \nnear All Saints’ Church on the Heath \nKite Day on Blackheath is planned again for this year\, there will be kites for sale or bring your own along. The Kent Kite Flyers will fly their spectacular kites in the arena and will be on hand to give help with flying your own. Free badges for all kite lovers! \n\nThe children of Grinling Gibbons and Lucas Vale Primary Schools will be coming with their steel pan band at about 2pm. \n\nPlease let me know if you have any queries. \n\nBest wishes \n\nSacha Bright \nSecretary
