SUMMARY:Lee Manor Society Annual General Meeting
DESCRIPTION:All are welcome. The AGM is a chance to hear about the Society’s activities throughout the year and its plans for the future. \nThe Annual Review of the year will be available at the meeting but you can download it here.  \nThe Finance report for the year 2024/25 will also be presented at the meeting. You can download it here. \nThe guest speaker will be Paul Wright\, historian for the Blackheath Society.  He will be talking about the post-war redevelopment of Lee. Illustrated by photographs taken by the then vicar of St Margaret’s Church. The area covered is mainly to the north of the Lee High Road which went from poor Victorian and pre-Victorian housing to a mix of council and private developments. This in the context of  the redevelopment of Leegate and the Lee Green crossroads.
