Spring Tree Walk

The Lee Manor Society’s 2025 Spring Tree Walk will take place at 11am on Saturday May 31. The walk will start from Lochaber Hall at the junction of Manor Lane and Lochaber Road. It will take in nearby streets before moving to Manor House Gardens. Topics to be covered include the trees’ origins, the uses to which their wood, bark and fruits are put, how they got their names and the religious myths often attached to them. The walk will be led by Charles Batchelor and David Ford.
The walk is free but donations are welcomed.
