Long queues have been building up in busy periods on roads in the Lee Manor Conservation area because of the temporary closure of the South Circular. This was the scene on Micheldever Road.
The road has been completely closed at the junction with Baring Road since last weekend because of a burst water main. The latest update, posted today, suggests it won’t be reopened until Sunday at the earliest.
